We don't have a pet but a friend visited for about an hour and brought her little dog to visit. They called and were rather rude to us over having a dog in the room. They had to be told at least 4 times that it was just visiting and not spending the night with us.

bathroom had hair in bathtub and waste paper basket had not been emtied.

At least it was quiet...
Room was shabby, worn carpet, marks on walls. Corners of room hadn't been cleaned in months if not years. If the room had been dusted it was difficult to find evidence. Housekeeping was very poor.

The owner Mr. Patel was friendly and knowledgable about the Washington, Illinois area. The motel was an excellent value for the money and was conveniently located to my Mother's house in Eureka, Illinois. Room was clean and neat and well-made up.

Although we ordered a non-smoking room, the hallway to the room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. The room itself did not have a strong smoke smell, but as I walked through the other hallways, I noticed a strong smoke smell in all of the hallways.
